Lift-off...sort of

Well, I am not what you would call technology-friendly. I AM, however, dedicated to the work that I do to educate and (hopefully) prevent eating and related disorders from exacting their deadly toll on your lives. So....forgive the hackneyed start-up 'look' to my page. If I could actually locate anything in the blog Help Center that explained how to get those huge fonts down to a manageable reading size, I would definitely do it! My grandfather is going to love reading my page....he won't need his reading glasses. ;)
